How to change your Silhouette U membership plan
Switching between monthly, 6 month and 12 month plans takes about a minute. Here is exactly where to click.
Good to know: you can only change to a plan with a different term length.
A monthly plan can move to 6 month or 12 month. A 6 month plan can move to monthly or 12 month. What you cannot do is change a 12 month plan to another 12 month plan, or a 6 month plan to another 6 month plan.
Steps to change your plan
- Log into your Silhouette U account.
- From the My Account page, click Manage Membership.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Click Change Plan. That brings you to the Edit Subscription screen, where you need to click the box on the far right.
Click the "Click to Change Plans" box on the right hand side.
- In the pop up, select your new plan and click the pink Confirm Plan Term Change button.
- Check the TOS box to confirm the plan change, then click Confirm.
When the change takes effect
Your new plan starts with your next payment, and your subscription renews on the new term from then on. Nothing changes about your access in the meantime.
Changing plans during a sale
If we are running a membership sale, changing your plan while the sale is live means you lock in the sale rate. You keep that rate for as long as you stay a member, so it is not a discount that quietly goes back up later.
The same term length rule applies, so you will need to move to a plan with a different length than the one you are on now. Sale pricing is only available while the sale is running.

Please note that plan changes require moving to a different term length. Silhouette U will not allow a change from a 12 month plan to a different 12 month plan, or a 6 month plan to a different 6 month plan.
