Everything is available for when u need it. I have not used much at this time however info is there when I need it- staff is more than helpful.

I purchased my Silhouette Cameo five months ago and have been a member of Silhouette U for just over three months. I have worked 1:1 with Melissa three times - once during office hours and twice by email. I love detailed cuts and Melissa has helped me immensely - so that I saved a lot of time, aggravation and material cost. This has also allowed me to create my own designs - something I really wanted to do.

I haven't yet perfected the multi-layer cutting of my own pet images, but Melissa's guidance has me well on my way.

Being a subscriber of Silhouette U is a small investment in your cutting journey. It is well worth the cost, even with the conversion rates.

I don't shop with you however I do watch your videos and product reviews. Those alone are well worth the cost of membership.

I was becoming frustrated and at a loss for what to do with some issues I was having with my Silhouette portrait. I couldn't find the answers I needed online. After hours(and days) of trying to scour the internet for solutions, I stumbled upon Melissa's program. I am so glad I found Silhouette U! Hi Melissa and Silhouette U. I have only been a member for a very short time and am loving it. I am doing the beginner Videos at the moment and although I have had my Silhouette Cameo for many years I am now learning so much about my machine and the programme.

I am not happy . I have contacted sulhouetteu and am waiting for a response. I cannot get silhouette studio to open, I click on it and it bounces like it always has but then nothing happens.

I am very happy with my membership. I have learned so much and have a reference if I need help. Highly recommend.
