The lessons are great and Melissa does a great job of explaining how to do things. She makes everything easy to follow.

Whenever I am working on a project and I get stuck I know I can turn to Silhouette U to find a solution. Love the homework sessions! The videos here help me learn some more advanced techniques.

I recently got the Cameo 5 and am new to Cameo and the Silhouette system. This has really helped me learn my machine and feel more confident.

I got a used BN20A and had questions regarding getting it set up. Melissa was AWESOME, responding to my emails (yes, several). I finally got it to work; now I need to figure out Versaworks. I really appreciate all her help and know that if I am in a bind again, I can reach out to her. I have several Silhouette Cameo machines (a 3 and 4pro) and have followed her in Silhouette School for years; I was previously a member of Silhouette U in 2021-2022, but for personal reasons, had to drop out. I was excited that I was able to sign back up this year. I highly recommend her and Bob for all their help!

Wow, Melissa was key in helping me to recover my lost user-created files from 2012-1019. We exchanged a few emails with me describing my situation and her giving me detailed recommendations as to how to restore my lost files. It took a bit of work and trial and error, but in the end, Melissa was a fantastic help. She was quick to respond to my questions and provided detailed information. I am very happy to see more than a hundred of my user-created files back in my library. Thank you, Melissa!

Melissa is always responsive to emails. I have often watched the videos to learn a skill or emailed Melissa to ask questions. i highly recommend Silhouette U!

I contacted Melissa to help me fix a cutting problem with my Cameo 4 Plus. She replied the same day, diagnosed my problem and gave me some things to fix on my end. By the end of the day I was happily cutting titles, problem free!!! Highly recommend Silhouette U!!!

I love Melissa's videos, which are available on almost every subject that may come up regarding your Silhouette. Her videos are detailed and a wealth of information! I don't always use this site, but I should. I'd be a lot further along. But, usually, when I'm learning something new or having issues, I check out what Melissa is saying. The most recent video that was a huge help was regarding auto blades not cutting to the correct depth. What she shared fixed it, plus it took away my frustration and saved me from buying even more blades. The cost of the subscription for this site is well, well worth it. Thank you, Melissa!

I like Silhouette U because you know that you can reach Melissa. Melissa doesn't just give you one solution, she keeps looking in her files until she finds what will work. On a personal side that doesn't reflect on Melissa, I just wish that the Silhouette book that I bought was mailed rather than an online book. I like to use post-its and take notes. I also don't want to use all my ink and paper to print it.
