I purchased my Roland BN2-20a back in February/March, and just this past week I finally decided to unbox it. While I was able to get it to print, I had no idea how to get it to cut. Since I’ve been a Silhouette U member for several months—and honestly, Melissa’s Roland videos were the reason I chose this machine in the first place—I reached out to her for help. (Roland, you definitely owe Melissa for that sale!)

I scheduled a 1:1 with her for this morning, and within an hour she had me up and running. She was incredibly patient with me as I’m completely new to VersaWorks and Flexi. I know I still need practice, but thanks to Melissa’s guidance, I was able to successfully complete my very first print and cut today!

I am getting ready to purchase my 5th Silhouette Cameo! Whenever I need help with it, I've always been pleased with the promptness of Melissa (and hubby) which gives me the confidence to "take the plunge" and purchase another Cameo 5 (I purchased one when they first came out, but had tons of trouble with it... so have allowed time for them to "work out the bugs"!)

I originally signed up (as a new user to cameo) to help me with some wedding projects, I'm renewing because of the prompt service I receive when I email with questions! Just do it, get the membership!

Didn’t want to renew my membership but so glad it was auto renewed for me! I thought I knew enough but Seems like there’s always something new to learn. The videos are wonderful to watch and easy to apply the lessons.

Melissa and her husband is amazing.. when emailing them they are very prompt with responding. I been having issues with my software for weeks. During the 1 on 1 chat with Melissa which by the way they have a schedule set for each month.. I was able to finally get my software issue resolved. I recommend if you having any issues do not hesitate to reach out to them.

I have been a member for about a month. I initially had some problems getting my Cameo 5 up and running. Melissa and Bob were terrific!

I consider myself a pretty experienced user of Silhouette software but decided to join Silhouette U anyway. I cannot believe how much I learned even from the basic lessons. There are so many videos and tutorials that have really helped step up my crafting. I also love that sublimation tips and techniques are also available. The customer service response to questions is excellent. I highly recommend Silhouette U to new and experienced users.

The lessons are great and Melissa does a great job of explaining how to do things. She makes everything easy to follow.

Whenever I am working on a project and I get stuck I know I can turn to Silhouette U to find a solution. Love the homework sessions! The videos here help me learn some more advanced techniques.

I recently got the Cameo 5 and am new to Cameo and the Silhouette system. This has really helped me learn my machine and feel more confident.

I got a used BN20A and had questions regarding getting it set up. Melissa was AWESOME, responding to my emails (yes, several). I finally got it to work; now I need to figure out Versaworks. I really appreciate all her help and know that if I am in a bind again, I can reach out to her. I have several Silhouette Cameo machines (a 3 and 4pro) and have followed her in Silhouette School for years; I was previously a member of Silhouette U in 2021-2022, but for personal reasons, had to drop out. I was excited that I was able to sign back up this year. I highly recommend her and Bob for all their help!

Wow, Melissa was key in helping me to recover my lost user-created files from 2012-1019. We exchanged a few emails with me describing my situation and her giving me detailed recommendations as to how to restore my lost files. It took a bit of work and trial and error, but in the end, Melissa was a fantastic help. She was quick to respond to my questions and provided detailed information. I am very happy to see more than a hundred of my user-created files back in my library. Thank you, Melissa!

I have the cameo 4 plus and I love. And I'm learning alot watching the video
