I was becoming frustrated and at a loss for what to do with some issues I was having with my Silhouette portrait. I couldn't find the answers I needed online. Hi Melissa and Silhouette U. I have only been a member for a very short time and am loving it. I am doing the beginner Videos at the moment and although I have had my Silhouette Cameo for many years I am now learning so much about my machine and the programme.

I am not happy . I have contacted sulhouetteu and am waiting for a response. I cannot get silhouette studio to open, I click on it and it bounces like it always has but then nothing happens.

After about 10 months of membership, I realized that I had not utilized many of my member benefits because of my own ignorance. I reached out during office hours and received such quick and friendly help that I cannot see myself ever not wanting a membership to SilhouetteU. Melissa is very relatable and patient. I didn't feel like an idiot. She teaches concepts at a level I can understand. I am going to binge all her videos now. :)

I had a 1:1 with Melissa today and she blew my mind with how helpful she was. Step by step instructions and now I can create to my hearts content! I needed to fill a specific rectangle with an image for sublimation on a coffee mug. She went into dealing on how to create my shape how to add my patten/image to my pattern paper library section and then how to find it an fill my created shape! Excellent!!!! I recently purchased a Silhouette Cameo 5 for the software and upgraded to Designer. I reached out to Melissa to see if she could help me with something prior to joining Silhouette U and she said she could.

I've been purchasing multi-layer designs from Etsy and wanted to create something similar for my own use. Melissa had never done this previously but she figured it out during a 1:1 session and now I'm well on my way to creating my own designs! So promise kept.

It is well worth the small investment to join Silhouette U. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable and willing to generously share that knowledge. The available 1:1 support is invaluable, and the videos and deals are the topping on the sundae! Highly recommend.
